You don't have the watch I'm looking for

We are connected to watch dealers and distributors nationwide. We can get almost any watch, including popular models. Please contact us and let us know what you are looking for and it is very likely we can get it for you at a great price!

Do you have better pics? Can you send me a close up?

No problem! Please contact us and let us know which watch you would like more pics of, and we can send them to you.

Can I pay with Paypal or my Credit Card?

Unfortunately we cannot accept Paypal or Credit Card payments for watch sales. Currently we only accept direct wire transfers for watch sales. This is due to widespread fraud with Paypal and credit card transactions. Wire instructions are provided when you purchase a watch. Contact us if you have any more questions.

What is covered under the warranty?

All watch sales are covered by our 1-year warranty. The warranty covers functional operation of the watch under manufacturer recommended conditions. The warranty does not cover impact or drop damage. The warranty does not cover water damage. All water resistant watches are tested prior to sale and a printed test slip is included with the watch.

What is your return policy?

We offer a no-hassle 3-day return policy on all watches sold. The watch must be returned in its original condition within 3 days of receiving the watch. A full refund will be processed after the watch is received and inspected. Returns are not accepted after the 3-day return period. Please contact us if you have any problems with your purchase.

Do you work on brands other than those listed in your service request form?

No. Due to restrictive spare parts policies imposed by manufacturers, we only have access to spare parts for the brands listed. We specialize in Rolex repair and Omega repair and are proud to represent the brands that we service!

Do you use genuine spare parts for your repairs?

Yes! We only use genuine spare parts in all our repairs. Genuine spare parts are designed for the watch and are the only way to ensure proper functionality. We pride ourselves on doing the job right, while not cutting any corners.

What are your certifications / qualifications?

We hold the following certifications: AWCI CW21, Swiss Amercian Watchmakers Training Alliance (SAWTA), Lititz Watch Technicum Diploma, Omega Service Provider OWME1120, Omega Service Provider Coaxial.

What is covered under the service warranty?

Rolex service is covered under warranty for 2 years. Other brands are covered under warranty for 1 year. The warranty covers functional operation of the watch under manufacturer recommended conditions. The warranty does not cover impact or drop damage. The warranty does not cover water damage. All water resistant watches are tested prior to return and a printed test slip is included with the watch. Warranty is limited to the scope of the repair performed.

Can you give me an estimate without sending in my watch?

No, we cannot provide an estimate without first evaluating the watch. Every watch has a different wear and service history, being exposed to differing environments and conditions. If you send in your watch and decline your service estimate, we will return your watch and only charge shipping.

Do you have a walk-in location?

Unfortunately we do not have a publicly accessible workshop, our business is strictly online. Our workshop is located in a secure, unmarked, private location. This enhances our security protection, keeping the watches safe and also helps keep costs down.

Where are you located? / Where do I ship my watch?

The workshop is in a private, secure location in the San Francisco Bay Area. We will provide our shipping address when you initiate a service request by completing this form.

What happened to your retail location in Almaden?

After 6 years in Almaden we had to make the tough decision to move out of that space and conduct business strictly online. Expenses were increasing each year, while security was diminishing. We suffered 3 attempted burglaries in our short time there. Our new location and online model provides much more security and cost savings. Thank you for your support Almaden!!

Is my watch safe in your possession?

Absolutely. We are fully insured and have a significant security system protecting the workshop and your watches. You can rest assured that your watches are safe and in excellent care with us. While in our care contact us any time for a status update!
